"A nice street to raise a family"
Predominantly conventional style homes on around 650m2 allotments this is a nice quiet street handy to the beach,parks and most facilities.The residents are friendly and the properties represent a good standard of accomodation for young families at an affordable price range.Rental values in the area generally provide gross yields in the 4.5% range.
