We've lived in Pimelea Place for 10 years. Have seen a fair few changes but nothing dramatic. The street is usually quiet and neighbours are courteous to each other. There have been a few newbies who move in and think they can ride their noisey motorbikes on the road or have very loud and rowdy parties etc., but they quickly learn that it's not accepted and we don't put up with their crap. We were actually renting our house but then brought it 5 years ago. Overall It's been the best move. Pimelea Place is like a little hidden village away from the hustle and bustle and yet so close to EVERYTHING!! If you are thinking of buying here then you are making one of the best decisions. Also our house price has tripled in value!! good luck
