Pindari Crescent, Wishart, QLD 4122

Lived in Pindari Cres, Wishart for 7 yrs and it’s definitely the best place I’ve lived! A peaceful and friendly neighbourhood where neighbours look out for each other and I feel perfectly safe. I love to walk my dog and there are plenty of parks and bike paths around the Bulimba Creek parklands, including a gym exercise course the BCC recently created. A very handy location between Logan Rd, M1 and Gateway Arterial - only 15-20mins from the city, 1hr15min to Caloundra and 45mins to Gold Coast. Good bus connections with a rocket bus that takes you into the city in 30mins or Griffith Uni in 15mins. Several child care centres and good schools close by, and great shopping with Garden City and Carindale only mins away. Sunnybank is also near for good Asian cuisine and Coorparoo for more variety! When I fancy a day “overseas” on some fantastic beaches, I hop on the Straddie ferry from Cleveland only 20mins away like the rest of the bay areas! It’s a great place to live with much to offer!

What a great street, its a no through road, so no traffic, has a fabulous park with kids play equipment and heaps of room for soccer and cricket, where the locals play on Sundays. It is also in the Mansfield High School catchment area. I have recently listed a home for sale in this street and found the neighbours to be very friendly, would highly recommend this street.
