Where and how do I get started?
I am from melbourne and my partmer and i want to relocate in north queensland such as port douglas , we have 2 dogs and would like some advice on how easy/difficult it is to move to such a place ? ( We are also on a budget)

Hi - buying a property is not difficult or expensive, but if buying a unit make sure it's zoned residential or you can't live there for long periods of time. Renting is extremely difficult at present, a very low number of properties available. Even people who have jobs are ending up living in their cars
