"Great location with lovely park"
Purches Street is a big street that features lovely trees but can be used as a cut through to Mitcham/Canterbury Road therefore can be busy.
There is a kindergarten at the Whitehorse Road end and Primary schools within walking distance as well.
I've leased a few homes on this street and find it is popular with young families.
