"Tranquility and transport"
Pye Avenue Northmead is one of those locations people rarely want to leave. It is quiet, leafy, close to reserves and parks, provides aesy access to Parramatta CBD and is only a short walk to transport.
Northmead is a hidden gem.
Unless you actively search for it you simply whisk by without appreciating the quality of the neighbourhood, the tranquility of the parks and reserves, the friendliness of the local shopkeepers and, until you live hear you simply won't appreciate just how handy to everywhere Northmead really is. It's a beautiful place to live.

"Great Little Spot in between Parramatta and the Hills"
Grew up in this street, its great for new and old families with lots of little parks splashed around the suburb, a primary school and high school along with lots of childcare. We have a great little shopping plaza that has just been upgraded.
The only bad thing is that the public transport. Not many bus stops in the local streets and no train station.
