News on a new mortgage product
Hi Guys,
I just wanted to let everyone know about a new mortgage product that's been launched by Reduce Home Loans.
They've announced a rate of 6.88% and they're waiving application, legal and valuation fees - this usually adds up to around $1000. At the moment its available to existing clients for new purchases and refinancing however we've heard its about to become available openly.
You can get more information on this from Lee at Reduce Home Loans (1300 733 823) or post questions here and I'll pass them on.

Advertised rates like 6.88% are normally attached to low LVR and do not meet the needs of the majority of intending home buyers. Basically, they are just bait and switch advertising in the mortgage industry. The reality most folks are paying over 7% for a home loan.
