"Pleasant street close to Everything"
One of the main things i enjoy about Ranchwood Avenue is its proximity to Grand Plaza Shopping centre and Village Square respectively. The other things are the fact that the average size block in the street is over a quarter acre. It has Ranchwood Park with swings for the kids and plenty of space for dogs to run around in. It is a wide avenue with a good mix of friendly neighbours, close to everything.
