"Amazing growth in this street!"
Read Street has shown amazing capital growth over the last 20 years... This suggests that there's something great about this street!
Mostly executive houses line this street, and in addition to the waterviews, this gives this street a sense of exclusivity. Many would love to live here (including myself!). Walking distance to Bronte, Tamarama, Clovelly & Bondi Beaches - there's a plethora of shops and activities to kill time with.
