Wondering of areas!

Hi, I'm looking to move from northern nsw to south Brisbane. My partner is working in yatala so were looking around a 40min radius of that. As I have no idea the areas there I'm wondering if the streets Moore street and seidosfky street are a part of this bad area as I am viewing two properties on the weekend in these streets.
