Reviews of Regent St, Mount Lawley

"character street with friendly neighbours close to city schools & cafe strip"

Regent Street is only 1.5km from Perth City centre, straight down Beaufort Street or William Street.
Regent Street is a short street developed in about 1900 as part of the "Mt Lawley Estate". The street has loads of character and most of the original houses have been retained and restored. The homes are built on big blocks, with colorful front gardens, big backyards and few flats or infill developments.
The nearby restaurants and cafes in Beaufort Street are just a stroll away. Copley Park at the end of the street is a great place to relax in the rotunda.
Power is underground, street was newly curbed and ashphalt relaid in 2006. Reticulated gas & town water is available. Regular buses run along Beaufort Street to the city about every 10mins.
