Riley Road, Kardinya, WA 6163

I've lived in Kardinya on and off for 18 years, it's very close to Fremantle with easy access to schools, shopping centres, Freeway to Perth and will soon have the new Fiona Stanley Hospital within 5 minutes away by car. The Public Transport such as buses are within walking distance these takes you straight to the train station every few minutes , which is then only 11 minutes to Perth City where I work. The Somerville Estate where I live is leafy and has slight hills giving a lovely range of views across both the City and ranges. I've lived here in this particular house for over 9 years and have always felt safe as with my other house on this Estate of 9 years. Fremantle is easily accessed by a 10 minute car ride away or the 99 bus where you can spend a few hours in the the cappachino strip or walk to the beach for fish and chips. Kardinya is a all rounder very comfortable place to live.
