Robbs Road, West Footscray, VIC 3012

Robbs Road is a great place to live and is full of young families. The north side of the street has large expansive blocks (north facing of course) and the street has mainly californian bungalow type houses. A hidden gem that is really only known to local is Anders Park(triangle) which is hidden down a laneway behind the houses on the south side of the road.

At the end of the street is Hansen Reserve with kids playground and large clear play area that used to be a cycling velodrome, 2 football ovals, and 2-3 soccer pitches, in addition to a childcare centre and the fantastic Yarraville swim centre.

Whilst you may never move to this street to take advantage of the local coffee shops or cafes (there is none) keep an eye out for houses for sale on the north side of street towards the park end as there are only a few unrenovated gems left to be had for young "yaravillians" who have outgrown their 2 bedroom single fronted beauties.
