"Stunning street, glad we live here!"
We have lived in Rochford Street for the last 5 years and we must say that we love it here.
The neighbours are all great, most of them will say Hi when they see you (which is rare in this day and age).
We have started our Rochford Street Christmas Party up again, which brings out all the neighbours where we share stories and have the kids all out playing around.
The convenience is amazing. Living in Rochford Street means that you are about 8-10mins walk to three train stations and the same amount of time to walk to about a dozen pubs and restaurants.
It is rare to get off street parking in Rochford Street, but you get used to it. The neighbours are usually considerate to each other and allow plenty of space.
As a real estate agent, I cant say enough about the area. It is certainly my favourite suburb in Sydney. I welcome anyone who wants to know more about Erskineville.
