We moved here about 5 years ago and the everything about this part of Perth is first class. The most suprising things is how convenient everything is including quality schools, shopping and medical. As for life style, this is a unique north facing coast protected from the sea breeze and the waterfront is full of parks, walkways and safe beaches and all with great parking and friendly atmosphere.
With 2 new marinas proposed for the future along with zoning changes, waterfront properties should enjoy massive capital growth. We moved from Hillarys to get away from the hustle and bustle and have enjoyed every minute. There is no way we would move back to the "big smoke".
