We are planning to buy a house in Rooty Hill area but have never been in this area before.

This place is been good for families far away from the hustle and bustle in the cities. Plenty of families reside here from various demographics. You would find lot of Philippines residing in this area and lots of Indians too are migrating here.

28 years in the area. Always feel safe and secure here. Great community spirit, multicultural area & very well lit at night bear station. The shops or pub are always open late and that seems to deter trouble makers.

I'd definitely drive around the area many times during the day and at night to get a feel. All areas are different and not for everyone.

We have been living in Rooty Hill for almost 8 years now have had no problem, we have young kids.

If you want to live close to city then this is not the place for you, otherwise a very good place to live in.
