"Live the Dream - Wonderful Family Friendly Area, So Close to the Fantastic Mullaloo Beach"
Rose Bay Court is a small cul-de-sac of 6 houses, situated in Northshore. It is just across the road from the wonderful Mullaloo Beach, Mullaloo Life Saving Club, Mullaloo Beach Hotel and Restaurant, Dome Cafe and the fantastic Tom Simpson Park and cycle paths. Most of the blocks are just under or over 1000 sqm, so you have more space, unlike some of the newer estates.
The neighbours are lovely and to live here is "Living the Dream"
