We have lived here for several years and have found the street perfect for raising young children. An active Neighbourhood Watch and Kananook Creek committee keep the area clean and safe. The local Kananook kinder is just around the corner and is fantastic. Friendly neighbours and such a diverse range of people from elderley to working couples and young families. The walking tracks and quiet local beach have been great for the children and getting some exercise pushing the pram. With the cul-de-sac at Rosslyn Court the street only has local traffic and no hoons! With great affordability for housing in Melbourne, we couldn't have done better.

Rosslyn ave is a no through road which means it only gets local traffic as most people travel along busier roads like Kananook or Fortesque to get to the freeway , shops, schools etc. It is perfectly positioned to walk to the beach and shops and school but far enought away not to be bothered by noise or passerby's. The street scape is changing with more ad more families entering the area and with the kananook creek development taking place the entire community is in a wonderful position to enjoy all of the best of lifestyle activities anyone could hope for. The local milk bar is around the corner for easy access to those last minute items you may need. PERFECT
