"Great area to bring up the family"
Nice quiet location, Frendly naighbours, close to waterways, child care, Infant & High schools, parks and ovals, Burraneer Bay Park on Gannons Road, Wattlebird Bush reserve off Saunders Bay Road, Boat ramp off water street, Gannons road and Port Hacking Road.
Caringbah's main Street has great Restaurants, Banks, Post office. Wentworth St Lilli Pilli has a nice little group of shops, Iga, Bakery, Takeaway food and a dress shop. Great little pocket of the world, Out of the Hussle Bussle. Just temember only a Short walk to Cronulla beach,

Caringbah South is a great place for a new family. Very friendly safe and close to Child care, primary & High schools. Buses out the front and trains close by, Waterways just a walk away.
Parks and Nature reserves, pet friendly area, Safe and sound. Cronulla Beach 20min walk or 5mins in a car.
