"Perfect place to raise and educate your family"
A short quiet street with nice families. Well located to shops, transport, doctors, age care (Herald Ave Senior Citizen Centre) and other amenities. Properties are well priced for their proximity to Curtin University, Murdoch University, and hospitals, such as St John of God Murdoch and the soon to be completed Fiona Stanley Hospital. Willetton Primary school is about 500m round the street corner, and Willetton Senior High School just a short bicycle ride or a healthy 20 min walk. There are 2 IGA supermarkets within walking distance. Enjoy beautiful Sheldrake Park round the back. Many houses in neighbouring streets are renovated to a high standard or rebuilt.

- Walk to shops, schools, doctors, parks. Southland Shopping Centre close by.
- Bus round the street corner, close to Bullcreek train station
- Close proximity to new Fiona Stanley hospital. Expect property value to increase on hospital completion with even greater educational opportunities.
