My husband is a carpenter and we are thinking of moving to Scottsdale is there lots of work for tradesman

Not much going on in the way of new builds as land is tightly held.
Council have a lot to answer for with their tight planning we moved away for that reason as the opportunity to build or even buy property is very slim.
Lots of Reno work as people tend to stay in their homes 40 plus years!!!
