I live in Seaford Rise and would consider it a safe place to live. That said, a guy did hold up the chicken and pizza shop on the corner of Dalkeith Road and Grand Boulevard a couple of years ago just after they opened. However, I have heard of nothing else in the two plus years I have lived there.
