How does Piara Waters compare to older areas nearby for primary schools?
This isn't really about sthn river, but Piara and Harrisdale don't have a suburb listing.

Piara Waters has a brand new primary school, so that is a bonus compared to the older areas. But it seems to lack playgrounds and other areas for kids to play, even though it is nicely laid out with walking paths around the suburb. That might have changed recently, but the main demographic is young familys so that might play a part in deciding whether or not to move there.
