Steve Hodgson is real estate agent yet very out of date (lazy) stage 2 completed at least 2 years ago and also a waterpark for families has been been very popular and has been a draw for people to move here.

On 5th March plans were submitted for stage 2 of Orion Springfield. These plans include a supermarket, mini major, Tavern and extra specialty shops. These plans are in addition to the comment above. They can also be viewed on PDOnline

On 1st March plans were approved in regards to further stages of Orion. These can be viewed on PDonline - Ipswich City Council and searching 1 Main St, Springfield Central. New retailers approved are KFC, Hungry Jacks, Outback Jacks, Bridgestone Select, Kmart Tyre & Auto and a Bottle shop to name just a few. There are also plans for Stage 2 on there.
