"School Central"

I've lived here for about 8 years, and have really benefited from our central location to schools. St Johns Parade is only a block long, but has two great schools on it - Sacred Heart Primary and Trinity College. And within about 1km are several more, including Gennazano, Ruyton, MLC, Xavier, Carey, Kew Primary. Great tram connections on Glenferrie Rd to Scotch, St Kevins and beyond; and along High Street to Kew High.

Two public pools are about 500 m away; at Kew Rec and Xavier. Tennis courts at Sacred Heart.

There are a mix of houses, from big victorians to extremely modern, with a couple of 50's and 60's in there as well.
