"Quite, friendly but close to local shopping and a quick drive to the city"
Has a really friendly neighbourhood feel, the Ascot Vale leisure centre where our daughter learns to swim and parks and the river a short walk away. A great place to live - close to the Union Road shopping precinct and the new Coles supermarket. We're a 10min walk to Ascot Vale station, or a 15min drive into the CBD, with easy access to CityLink and a major tram line 2min walk away.
