What sort of people live at St Marys?

Lots of first home buyers and retirees... there is quite a bit of development going on in St Marys at the moment which is great for first home buyers like yourself!

Great safe area to live in. So so affordable. Plenty of retirees as there is a huge retirement village there. Plenty of young famlies moving in too and renovating the existing house or building a new one. Most blocks are unsubdividable due to coucil regulations which is good long term.
