What is Langford Street like to live in?

I lived in Langford Street for about 7 years and can say without hesitation that it's fantastic location to be in. Walking distance to shops, cafes and with 2 new restaurants both with licensed facilities you can now wonder up for a drink and a bite to eat and then walk home without having to drive. There at least 7 different restaurants that cover 7 nationalities all of them very good. Tram and train both within easy walking distance private and government schools close by, parks, footy, cricket and tennis facilities at the Canterbury sports ground and Balwyn or Box HIll Central Shopping only a short drive away.

Don't live on it but been to it its a bit dull
