"Close to the Schools (Bell and Preston West), tram and train and quiet"
It's very quiet comparing to other streets, surrounded by trees and parks. Walking distance to public superb schools, tram to the city just around the corner, but a bit farther away from the train station - it takes me approx 15 mins to walk there.
