"Potential Plus"
Gymea shopping village is under 10 min walk with cafes, restraunts, supermarkets etc.
Miranda westfield is only down the road, close to Cronulla beaches and the city is a short 25 min drive.
This place is a 'gem' and great value for money in Sydney.
Really wish I could live around GYMEA.
