What services are available to refugees in The Vines area?

Or rather, they are not so much placed in cheaper suburbs as in rental accomodation that is cheaper, but sometimes in mid range suburbs eg: Rivervale.

I very much doubt that there would be any - it is a fairly exclusive area. Refugees are placd in much cheaper suburbs with access to the city and or suburban areas with more likelihood of work prospects. Things like transport and schools, access to their case workers and others of their nationality are also factors.
