"Highly Convenient"

without doubt, one of the most easily accessible suburbs, close to the city, a short walk to bus, train, tram and good local shopping, with a good selection of schooling, nice parks and just 10 minutes out of town, unless you prefer to leave the car at home and take the train to the city CBD and save on petrol, parking and the drive home, we also like being near the bay, Glenelg beach is just 5 minutes away in the car and the convenience to Marion shops, Target Castle Plaza and Flinders Uni is great. if you have kids, the Forbes primary school is just up the road and there is an excellent local gym on the corner of Alridge Avenue just a few minutes walk
