Lots of Italians, Greeks, Chinese and Malaysians/Singaporeans. But my neighbours are Middle Eastern and Anglo Saxon Australians who are exceptionally friendly. There's more Indians and Pakistani professionals who moved into the neighbourhood recently. But so far, I have not come across any Pommies or Hispanics.
