Underwood property buying

Underwood is the northern most suburb of Logan Council. Which puts it in a great position with regards to neighbouring suburbs. Can still buy houses at reasonable prices but there are also newer area's which although more expensive have a much better streetscape than some of the older areas. Potential for all types of buyers. With lot of shops and close to the motorways it is a very central suburb.

not sure about the catchment areas of the schools but great location for everything from malls and medical, local transport and highway access in all directions. 45 mins to main beach and 15 mins to brisbane cbd. Nice and quiet with great people and lots of parks for families and pets
