I have been renting in Rowville for the past four years and so far it has been the best suburb I have ever lived in. I have rented in numerous suburbs around Melbourne for the Past 20 years and if I intend to buy my own house, I will definitely go for Rowville...WHY? ...Because it has everything a good suburb can offer e.g. safe and clean environment with green picturesque views, convenience of all major arterials (Monash & Eastlink, 20 mins to CBD & 10 minutes drive to major shopping Centers i.e. Chadstone, Knoxfield, Waverly Gardens, Fountain gate, Monash university, great private & public school zones around the suburb in Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley & Wheelers Hill.
Rowville is a very family oriented suburb with many sporting facilities, local community centre, local shopping mall, library, medical centre and if you admire golf - 3 golf courses in one suburb and the list goes on. I will grade Rowville 10/10 for families, couples and retirees. Down side is there is not train or Tram access but then Gen Waverley Train station is again a 10 min drive with everything at your finger tips.
In a nutshell Rowville has a wonderful suburbia feel to it with convenience and accessibility of an urban lifestyle hence you can't go wrong to make this your residential paradise ...YOU WILL LOVE EVERY BIT OF ROWVILLE!

Why? ...Because it has everything a good suburb can offer e.g; green picturesque views, safety, convenience of all major arterials (Monash & Eastlink), within 10 min drive to major shopping malls ;Chadstone, Knoxfield, Waverly, Fountain gate, Monash university, great public schools around the suburb e.g. Mt Waverley, Wheelers Hill etc.
It’s a very family oriented suburb with many sporting facilities, safe environment, local shopping area, library, golf courses, medical centre and the whole lot. I will grade Rowville 9/10 for families, couples and retirees. Down side is there is not train or Tram access but then Dandenong is 10 mins drive and there is a central Train station there.
My Recommendation – GO FOR IT WITH YOUR EYES SHUT ... YOU WILL LOVE IT !
