"You know you are doing well when you buy property in Gordon Park."

We rented in Gordon Park for 2 years and loved the area, Gordon Park is so close to town but tucked away in its own little quite and serene pocket.
Then we had the luck of buying a queenslander style house in GP which was just what we were looking for in great condition.
When you speak to people and you mention Gordon Park you can see them judge you a little different then they comment on how sought after and quite exclusive the suburb is.
We love it and would recommend the suburb to anyone (if you can get in of course).

Great for

Nice old queenslanders in great condition.
Wide street great for access.
Excellent public transport.

Not great for

A littile dusty from the road wrorks on Stafford rd.
Lots of noisy pidgeons live here.
