Terrific quiet street. Great renovation potential of post war houses. Nice sized blocks. Pleasant neighbours. Great scope for young couples to settle.
5 minutes walk to Earnshaw College and the uni. Nudgee College closeby.
No commercial noise (Trucks, trains, planes) - just birds and the occasional mower.
The best dog park in Brisbane 5 minutes away at Nudgee Beach - boating, kayaking, jet ski and fishing all there too!
A little village with the local vet, newsagency, doctors, dentist, childcare and little cafes - heaps of potential for growth.
Train to the City or Shorncliffe and regular bus services.
Great library and friendly, helpful council.
A short drive straight down Nudgee Road to Portside (Dendy Cinema and great restaurants). Close to the racetracks.
The local pub's not bad and quite popular.
