We bought here nearly a year ago and what a find! This avenue is up the road from Kincumber shopping centre, public transport literally 2 mins away (Avoca Dr).
Nice and clean. Neighbours are all lovely, very friendly and helpful.
Traffic does get a bit hectic on Avoca Dr, but coming from Sydney Avoca Dr. is a dream.
At least you get to see beautiful greenery, scenery and fresher air.
Very quite street. Family orientated area, so great for families and also safe for eldery people.
Erina Fair, Green Point shopping centre and don't forget beautiful Avoca beach just a couple of minutes away!
