Ormeau

"Family Friendly street for young and old alike."

Good community spirit with plenty to offer. Local Norfolk State school opened 2009 with good facilities available to students. Within a short distance to the Yatala/Ormeau industrial areas for employment oppurtunities and services. Local Supermarkets Coles & IGA provide value for money without travelling to the larger shopping centres. Plenty of takeaway outlets to tempt the taste buds or dine at the local Tavern.

Popular street for families, retirees and singles. Easy walking to the local shopping precinct, parks, transport and Tavern. Two nearby childcare centres available and brand new local Norfolk State School with good facilities. This street is less than 10 years old and represents steady property value growth.
