It definitely appears so. We just had a valuation and found out that our property gained considerably in value over the past few years. We are not selling, but it was nice to know. So clearly housing commission doesn't affect the price of houses in Inala. If anything, it is a good growing opportunity suburb. There was even an article in Courier Mail recently - "Inala lands a new label for property hotspot", describing Inala as an area of steady growing demand, solid infrastructure, good transport links, services and amenities.

Redbank Plains

"Scary and not safe"

Having lived in inala my whole life I decided to check out redbank with my friend as she lived there, it was about 4:30 in the afternoon and we were both 15. We were walking out of the train station when there was this guy there cuts and blood all over him violently banging on the bus window, then he chased us across the road and up the street a bit before he went back to abuse more people at the station. Then we walked past a bar where we got very inappropriate comments by some older men at the bar. Walking through the street was quite scary as there were ghostly looking homes with furniture in the front yards. After that we were chased down the street by some scary pitbull dogs. Finally we got to redbank plaza the three story shopping centre there. I've been there many times before but never by walking, it's a pretty good shopping centre good shops a lot safer looking, some scary looking people who look like they're on drugs and just your normal looking people. I've heard the red bank plains high school is good and i have many fiends who go there.

There's no Train Station at Redbank Plains. Perhaps you were taking a "trip" elswhere?
