Cranford Avenue

"Convenience plus - (my average only around 7 mins to CBD by car)"

We have lived in South Perth, Mount Hawthorn, Canning Bridge (Applecross) and Cranford Road ends of Mount Pleasant, and have friends in Wembley and West Leederville and can honestly say that we have found the Parkside Avenue end of Mount Pleasant the quickest and most convenient of those residences to which we refer, for getting to and from the CBD (Yes, even though the others are closer). No traffic lights from the moment you leave your home in Parkside avenue, until you reach the CBD (not even at the Freeway entry). Pull out your drive (average 0 seconds wait), left onto Cranford (average 5 second wait for turn), left onto Freeway (average 0 seconds wait for turn).... CBD here you come.

Prefer the train? Situated between stop 1 and stop 2 on the new Mandurah line. Walk or drive to whichever you prefer.

Bordered by the beautiful river and blue gum lake walks, with tennis and squash courts only 1 street over, and with virtually a dedicated relatively quiet freeway entry only minutes away (close enough for convenience, yet far enough from noise and the relatively minimal traffic), Parkside avenue is both pleasant in name and offerings.

Facilities - Parkside avenue has at one end a convenient network of truely lovely and discrete local faciities including 2 excellent Cafes, both an award winning Greengrocer and Butcher, Bakery, Newsagent, Deli, IGA, Hairdresser, Beautician, Petrol, even a Doctor, Dentist, Physiotherapist and Chemist. Not enough? It's less than a 5 minute drive from Garden City (One of Perth's few boutique shopping complexes - with Major stores including David Jones, Myer, and many many smaller boutiques - too many to name here)

Parkside avenue is in both the sought after Rossmoyne & Applecross SHS zones, adding further to the property values, and is also convenient to several of Perth's quality private schools.
