Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Orana Road is a ridiculously busy road not safe for children or pets, the 50km/h speed limit is ignored and is the main thorough fare to the shopping centre. I have also had my car vandalised several times while being parked in the driveway. there is also an abundance of mozzies which sperad Ross River fever as I experienced first hand while living there. I wouldn't recommend purchasing in this estate.
