Porcupine Ridge

"Peaceful and Beautiful with great neighbours"

Mount Franklin is ideal if you love mountain biking, walking or just absorbing Australia's natural beauty. With the extinct volcano and park area to explore you will see many wild birds and kangaroos.
There are some great fishing spots around the area and many small towns close by to explore.

The Chocolate Factory is just on your door step for catching up with people over a coffee. Or take the 5 minute drive to Daylesford for all the shops and amenities.

The school bus drives along the main road each morning making it easy for families to organise the start of the day.

If you want to make the tree change and find that very special property where you can grow vegetables, a few vines to make some wine, maybe some goats for cheese then this is the right spot. Close enough to Daylesford to use the shops or to work, but just far enough away for peace and tranquillity.

Great for

  • Beautiful and Peaceful
  • Great community spirit
  • Very close to Daylesford

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
  • LGBT+
  • Hipsters
  • Country Lovers
