Willaburra Rd

"Tranquil bayside living"

Nestled at the base of the prestigious Burraneer peninsula, Willaburra Road offers a quiet and private lifestyle bathed in a friendly neighbourhood atmosphere.

Having lived here for over 20 years I have seen quiet, single-story red brick homes become modern waterfront mansions, though not at the expense of the comforting aura.

Upon entering the street, you are presented with uninterrupted views of the pristine Burraneer Bay, with almost all houses sharing this view. There is plenty of green foliage with lush front lawns that line the road from top to bottom.

Most of the residents have been there longer than I have and all are very welcoming. We often walk our dogs together and have annual street Christmas parties, and all traffic is limited to residents and their visitors.

Willaburra Road is within walking distance to the local shops where all your basic needs are met, including an award-winning bakery/cafe and of course, the local wine vendour. Cronulla mall a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive (add more time on the weekends, especially during Summer) and 30 seconds beyond that is the beautiful Cronulla coastline, with beaches, rock pools and plenty of fine dining with ocean views. Willaburra Road offers quintessential suburban living with panoramic views and a friendly, neighbourly atmosphere.

Cronulla Street

"In the heart of Cronulla"

Cronulla Street includes Cronulla Mall - a strip of shops (cafe's, restaurants, clothing shops, butchers, backers, supermarkets, gyms, you name it - Cronulla Mall has it!)

This is the busiest hub of Cronulla and does include nightclubs so if you live in the residential units above shops be prepared for a bit of noise.

That being said, its ultra convenient for those who catch public transport as the train station is only minutes away.

Kirkwood Road

"Quiet, close to beach & school"

Close to Wanda beach, near enough to Cronulla Mall. Cronulla High school is at the end of the street.

Ewos Parade

"Can be busy in Summer"

Cronulla can be quite chock-o-block in summer. Lots of families drive down to the beach and there isn't enough parking. Getting in and out of Ewos Parade can be difficult.

Some lovely large homes and unit blocks on this street.

The Esp

"Views Views and more Views!"

Those lucky to live on The Esplanade enjoy the best views Cronulla has to offer. Properties located here are generally more expensive than the rest of Cronulla. Unit prices can range from $500k to $3mil and house prices can achieve well over $3m.

The Sammut Developments 'Coast' is a prestige block of units located near Shelly Park and set a benchmark in design and quality.

Cronulla

"Great Beaches -Coastal Lifestyle"

Cronulla is most beautiful in Summer. Our fantastic beaches can suit a variety of people - Darook is great for kids, Wanda for surfers, South Cronulla beach for little nippers and Blackwoods Beach for privacy.

Cronulla has a lot to offer - quality restaurants, decent venues such as The Brass Monkey and many many cafes (Zimzala, Strawberry Fair).

Friendly people, active lifestyle. Surf, swim, run, walk.

You can live in the hustle and bustle of Cronulla Mall or North & South Cronulla can suit retired couples. It all depends on location.

Coming home to Cronulla yesterday from a trip overseas, wow, the weather in autumn is still spectacular and how can you beat the view from The Esplanade, this has to be one of the best places to live in the world.

Elouera Road

"Bit Noisy but close to beach"

Predominantly units - lots of red brickers. Can be noisy especially in summer. Lots of younger people live on Elouera Rd as often cheaper, convenient (close to beach, Northies & Cronulla Mall).

John Davey Avenue

"Quiet street close to Wanda"

Only a street back from Wanda Beach John Davey Ave is quiet, family friendly street. Mostly made up of houses and a few low rise apartment blocks, kids often play together on the street. 15 mins walk from central Cronulla, 2 mins from beach. Easy to get out of in Summer through Captain Cook Drive
