Davington Court is an attractive and well maintained street, inhabited with friendly families and elderly couples. The street is especially beautiful in Autumn as the trees turn a beautiful golden brown. Nature is one thing, as there are two mansion-like houses recently built on the street which adds to street appeal and resell value for surrounding properties. Everyone on the street takes great pride in their properties, maintaining to their lawns and houses regularly. Underground power is also a big plus for me. The air is always so clean and fresh in Davington Court and it is extremely safe. Within the time I've lived there, I have never heard or seen any commotion. This truly is a place to settle down.
