Tinning Street

"Awesome pocket of Brunswick"

We have lived here for about a year now and love it. The area is so diverse with a great range of options for eating and drinking and socialising. There really are a number of great restaurants, cafes (including the A1 Bakery) and bars a short stroll away.

There are also a range of transport options available pretty much at your doorstep. We live about 3 a minute walk away from Anstey train station and another minute from the No19 tram which runs along Sydney Rd. There is also the option of the No55 tram, as well as buses along Albion St. This provides great inner city living transport options! Although Sydney Rd can be a bit of a hassle at times in terms of driving, Citylink really isn’t that far away as well as access to the Eastern Fwy.

Families tend to enjoy having close access to the child care centre not only on Tinning St but its affiliate centre close by on Mitchell St. This provides a great situation in terms of parents dropping of kids on their way to work.

For families, the tree lined street is also pretty quiet its blocked at the Sydney Rd end which reduces the amount of traffic that runs along.

Given you are only 6kms from the CBD with a range of public transport, dining and family orientated options at your doorstep, this is a great street in a great part of Melbourne to be living in.
