When we moved here 6 years ago one reason we bought on this street was the close relationships the neighbors had. They included us from the start and many of became friends. We watch out for each others' properties, loan tools, had a great neighborhood New Years Eve party 2009-20010.
Bibra Lake is a green, animal and child friendly and accepting community, underpriced at this time due to its proximity to the CBD (15 minutes on a good run up the freeway), 15 minutes from Fremantle, on a very good bus and train run, within walking distance to the new Fiona Stanley Hospital, the existing Murdoch College and University, St John of God Hospital.
If we won a million, believe us, we would renovate with a second story but wouldn't move anywhere else!
