"Only people who are selling rate palmerston place high,unneighbourly & unsafe."
Only people who want to sell rate it high so they can leave.Unneighbourly people live there,high traffic escaping from the spit bridge use it as a rat run highly dangerous traffic at all hours at high speeds with cyclists at 4/5 am on sat & sun mornings in groups of 20 talking very loudly making it impossible to sleep.Spit Bridge makes it impossible to get to the city.
Great for
- Only people who rate it high so they can sell,they want to leave palmerston place
- Unneighbourly and very unpleasant people bordering on mental live there.
- None and it's not worth one star.
- Definetly dangerous traffic and very noisy all the time.
- CRAP PEOPLE AND VERY UNNEIGHBOURLY.
Not great for
- High traffic & noisy & unsafe
- High main road traffic unsafe noisy and dangerous.
- The spit bridge is always open or blocked and its a nightmare trying to get to the city.
