Banksia Grove

"Resort style living"

I live in the Carramar Golf Estate. The area was called Carramar but was then changed to Banksia Grove which had an immediate effect on house prices there.. Hmmmm wonder if thats class actionable!
But besides the obvious scam, the area is actually really nice.

The elevated bright and open areas have a resort feel about it in my opinion. Beautiful up there on hot sunny days. The houses are nice, neighbours friendly, and parks make for a good looking area.

I've read comments about bogans and their toy cars. Yes, Banksia Grove is not immune to them. But I challenge anyone to tell me an area in Perth that doesn't have this to some degree. Because personally I haven't seen it yet.

I've enjoyed living in Banksia Grove more than in most other areas of Perth. It is a great place for families. With lots of friendly ones around.

Shopping at Joondalup is great and is only 10-min away. Restaurants in the area are of high quality and are recommended.
