Seaman Street

"Tranquility, transport trifecta and everything else you need."

Beautiful street with the low side the pick, these homes have access to the bush reserve behind, as well as water views. What's not to love about Greenwich? You have a choice of TWO ferry services, the government one and Matilda Cruises' Lane Cove River service. The delightful village shops offer all you will ever need, amazing IGA for fresh foods, a liquor store, a post office, hairdresser, doctors surgery, cafe and a fantabulous fish and chip shop , Hooked Gourmet Seafoods, which also sells uncooked fish, fornyoumto cook at home..hey, you may even spot Keith Urrban and his missus here...they are often seen around the traps.

Great for

  • Close to shops, ferry at Bay St, train at Wollstonecraft or St.Leonards, bus on River Rd, or easy connections to M anly on the 144 from St.Leonards
  • Water views, bushland reserve
  • Adorable bays, proximity to City

Not great for

  • No nightlife
